Inhibitory GABAergic interneurons play an essential role in shaping the spatiotemporal dynamics of network activity, tuning the sensory information, and selecting the cell ensembles. In my master’s study, my research primarily focused on the characterization of dentate VIP interneuron in cellular and circuit levels. After my substitutive military service, I decided to back to this lab as a research assistant. I intended to learn more about several cutting-edge in vivo techniques. In parallel, hope to make my previous works more complete. |
