在博士班時,我利用果蠅研究細胞膜蛋白對於神經發育的影響。然而,神經間的訊息傳導卻不僅是形態學的上下游關係,更在細胞的功能性有著決定性的差異。所以,我加入連正章老師的實驗室,並且利用神經電生理學研究果蠅神經的迴路。 |
